I know it’s the middle of Winter, but we had had an unseasonably warm and sunny 
day here. I saw this suggestion written on another list and thought it was such a great idea. Plastic Free July is all about the health of the environment, but let’s also make it about your health too. Ditch the plastic tubs of ice cream, have some fruit for dessert and a piece of dark chocolate 
My favourite at the moment is Chocolate and Love
And rather than buying your ice cream in plastic tubs, save your money, save your health, save your family’s health and save your ice cream eating for special occasions when you can order it in a cone
