If you’re going to start your day with a smoothie, you may as well make it the most nutrient dense you can. Perhaps you’ve been told you’re low in iron, maybe you’re showing signs of magnesium deficiency, or you need an extra hit of vitamin C to avoid that cold that’s doing the rounds. Whatever your needs, I have crafted a nutrient dense smoothie series, with each recipe focusing on a particular nutrient.
