The reaction to menstrual cups is often mixed, but I have NEVER heard from someone who has made the conversion that they regretted it.
What is a menstrual cup you say? Well it’s kind of wine glassed shaped without the bottom, just the stem About an inch in diameter, a mini wine glass. And it’s a cup to catch the It generally only gets changed twice a day, depending on your flow. And you’ll initially fork out around $50…and that will last you YEARS!!! Think of the savings.
Tampons are so full of toxic ingredients. Pads have all sorts of plastic happening in them.
There are a few brands of menstrual cups, so you’ll need to suss out what suits you. But trust me… you won’t regret it!
