Amanda Rodden

Amanda’s Bowen Clinic

As a qualified Bowtech Bowen therapist, Amanda consults from Santosha two days a week. Bowen Therapy is a series of precise, gentle and painless moves over particular muscles and fascia within the body. This procedure sends communication through the body to release tension, reconnect and rebalance so that the repair process can begin. As a Bowen Therapist, Amanda simply facilitates the technique and the body does its own healing in its own time. Bowen Therapy is safe for everybody from newborns to the elderly. The sessions take from half an hour through to one and a half hours, depending on what your body needs.

Amanda is available at Santosha each Wednesday and monthly Saturdays.
